Hey hey,
Welcome. This website continues to evolve as most sites do. Check back and see the updates.
Isabella Writes concerns issues involving the journey in the creation of fiction but also the pursuit of finding balance in life. Wanting to do anything well requires focus, commitment, and just plain, showing up. Sometimes, the pursuit becomes unbalanced. Our writing soars but at cost?
Health suffers when we stop considering what we consume, our level of involvement in other interests under the guise of "temporary" and for "a better cause."
If you're at this point of jumping off into writer oblivia, refrain from a total swan dive by taking time to consider the other parts of your life.
Yoga is the perfect place to come and think, come and recharge, come and find balance.
The journey and tools are personal yet everyone is traveling similar paths, known and unknown. My sincere hope is to offer snippets of "Hey, look why not try this." Simple advise that if practiced, may positively impact your life.
I'd love to hear back about yoga and writer experiences. The best stories I've heard involve helping someone try yoga and then they want to try a little bit more, and then a little bit more until finally he or she thinks about the possibility of trying a class near their home, checking out that book on a similar topic, or increasing their want of self-knowledge required for positive change.
The information shared is my sincere hope that as we travel forward, we all have something to learn and more importantly, from those experiences, information to share.
The secret to coming full-circle in each moment is learning to operate from selfish to self-fulfilling to selfless. The vacillation between the self-fulfilling and selfless is where balance is found enabling us to be joyful, energetic, and aware.
Hopefully this website acts as resource regardless of degree.
Namaste.
